Pompano Beach

Pompano Beach is located in northeast Broward County situated just north of Fort Lauderdale.  It’s boundaries span from the Florida Turnpike on the west to the Atlantic Ocean on the east.  There are 3 miles of fine beaches.  An abundance of fine dining and shopping can be found throughout the city.  The two main malls consist of the Pompano Citi Centre on Federal Highway and the Festival Flea Market on Sample Rd.   The beach is undergoing a revitalization with anglers and families enjoying the fishing pier, beachside playgrounds, grills and picnic tables and several miles of public beaches.  Pompano Beach has more than 50 local parks for residents to enjoy year-round, a civic center, aquatic and tennis centers and its very own Amphitheater featuring many headline acts throughout the year.  It is known for its excellent boating and fishing with many waterfront properties that are navigable to the ocean.  Coral reefs off the coast are well known to snorkelers and scuba divers alike.  Single family housing consists of many waterfront and drylot subdivisions with prices ranging in the high $100k’s to several million dollars.  Condominiums can be found below $100k to several million dollars for ocean front views.  For more information on availability just give me a call.
