About Me
Hi, My name is Tom Fleming, and I am a full-time Realtor® working with buyers and sellers to help achieve their dreams of buying or selling their homes in the south Florida marketplace. I have lived in Broward County since 1990 and focus my primary efforts in the North Broward area. I have been married over 33 years and raised two boys in the local area. As a family we enjoy going to sporting events, music, cooking, movies and travel.
Education and communication are important to me. I have completed my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), E-PRO to market efficiently on the internet, Certified Distressed Property Specialist and am working to complete my ABR (Acredited Buyer Representative) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). This allows me to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies to better serve my clients.
My background includes a strong emphasis in direct marketing and sales and I have spent a lot of time working with several of the local communities on past projects. This gives me added knowledge of the local areas for educating new buyers in the area and helping sellers show the community as well. Raising a family in the local area has also given me further insights into the different programs available within the varying cities people look to relocate to.

You need someone who knows the local markets, the current contracts being used for purchase and what is needed to facilitate the sale to make the process go smoothly from contract to closing. I have experience with condominiums, co-ops, single family homes, waterfront properties, 55+ communities, gated communities and more.
Sell your Home
When it’s time to make the move, you need to trust the person you're working with. This person will need to have a strong marketing plan, schedule showings, be a strong negotiator, understand the contract and necessary timelines, oversee the buyer’s inspections, coordinate HOA or Condo association approvals, handle all the necessary paperwork and oversee the closing. I will work with you to take care of everything you need to ensure a timely closing.
